These terms govern your use of Fuel Checker. By using the site or the Fuel Map you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy and Cookie policies.

The service
Fuel Checker shows fuel prices sourced from the UK Government open-data scheme and third-party feeds, along with mapping, route planning, mileage tools and optional AI guidance. Prices are provided "as is", can change at any time and may be out of date - always check the price displayed at the pump before you fill up.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account. You can close your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Use Fuel Checker for your own lawful purposes. Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs, and do not resell the data without permission. Reasonable rate limits apply, and we may suspend accounts that abuse them.
AI guidance
Price forecasts and AI answers are statistical guidance generated from available data. They are not financial advice and may be wrong. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
Paid plans
Paid features are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Statutory rights to a refund are unaffected. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated; tax is confirmed at checkout.
Liability
We work hard to keep prices and routes accurate but cannot guarantee them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from displayed prices, routes or availability. Routing is for guidance only - follow the road, signage and the law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change we will note it here and update the date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
